Terms of Service

These are the terms for using LoomVox (loomvox.com), a product of Opsibyte. By starting a report or creating an account, you agree to the following.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using LoomVox, you confirm you can form a binding contract (you're at least 18, or the age of majority where you live) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What you're buying

A one-time report generated from the information you submit, for $29 USD. The honest comparison: you could paste your source into ChatGPT yourself and get captions too. LoomVox's edge is what a single prompt doesn't give you — a repeatable structured pack (not a wall of text), five consistent voice presets so a whole week of posts doesn't sound assembled by committee, and a QA pass that rejects invented claims your source doesn't support. If you just need one quick tweet, a chatbot is faster and free; LoomVox is for turning one piece into a week of platform-ready posts without re-prompting from scratch each time.

3. Free preview

The free preview shows a limited subset of findings so you can evaluate the product before paying. It is not a separate deliverable and carries the same disclaimers as the full report.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Sign-in is passwordless (magic link to your email) — keep your email account secure, since it's the key to your LoomVox account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Monitoring subscription

If you subscribe to ongoing monitoring, the plan renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Billing & refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. 7-day, 100%, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase — email [email protected] and we'll refund you, no explanation required. If a charge fails or is disputed, we may suspend access until it's resolved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Submit content you don't have the right to submit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Resell or sublicense the report or the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at our discretion.

8. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for reviewing every finding and recommendation before acting on it. Nothing in the report is a guarantee of any business outcome, and you make all final decisions about what, if anything, to change.

9. No automated changes on your behalf

LoomVox never takes action on your behalf beyond generating the report — it doesn't post, publish, cancel, or change anything in any account you own. Every action the report recommends is something you review and do yourself.

10. Your content and data

You retain ownership of whatever you submit to LoomVox. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your report. We don't claim ownership of your content.

11. Intellectual property

LoomVox, its logo, and its software are our property (or licensed to us) and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks, branding, or underlying code beyond using the service as intended.

12. Third-party services

LoomVox relies on third-party providers (payment processing, hosting, AI inference, email delivery) to function. We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we'll work to minimize their impact on you.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will meet your specific requirements.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoomVox and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LoomVox harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

You can stop using LoomVox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing already owed, liability limits, indemnification) continue to apply.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoomVox's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally should first be raised with us at [email protected] — we'd rather fix a problem than litigate it.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version at loomvox.com/terms always governs, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make a change.
